You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the shipper to return. However, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 working days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 working days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 working days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please give us enough clear evidence to show the faulty of the item quality itself. We DO NOT accept the following faulty:

1. Item damaged by buyers due to improper usage.

2. Items more than 15 days after delivery.
