Gently Reminder:

The cable is randomly shipped in two different chips: Prolific 2303 and CH340.

You can refer to "Computer>Device Manager>Ports(COM&LPT) "for the chip model when you connect it to the PC, below are the free software downloading link to each chip.

2)Or you can install both software if you are still not sure which model of the chip you received.
