    At Officematics.com, returns are just easy! . Please just log into your account , submit a Return/Refund request in the Order History paper, our team will handle your request right away. Several situation related to the return.

    The products are fine, but I changed my mind '

    Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order products. For details of the return policy, please choose the region where the order was delivered: European Union or United States and rest of the world.

         - European Union: Products (excluding made-to-measure items) with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

         - United States and rest of the world:Products (excluding made-to-measure, disposable, lingerie, and clearance items) with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

    Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

    Products with quality problems

    Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within the warranty as following the below criteria:

    1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
    2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.

    *Warranty:  1 year for Faucets and Lights & Lighting Category (excluding Light Bulbs), 30 days for the rest of the items


    Return Conditions:

    For items without quality issue, please ensure the returned items are unused and in the original packing. All return requests will be guided by specialist before shipping to our warehouse address. Our team will not be able to process any returned items without a product return form.

    Disclaims Criteria:

    We cannot accept returns in terms of  the following conditions:

    1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.

    2. Washed, worn, used, tag-removed or misused items.

    3. Items classified under below categories:

    * Made-to-order items, Made-to-measure items, Customized items. Check Specific Return Policy here
    * Cosplay & Costumes
    * Ice Skating, Gymnastics
    * Cell Phones, Tablets, Laptops, 3D Printers, Smart Robots
    * Bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets)
    * Clearance items, Disposable items


    A few Special timing Not to consider a product return:

    1. While the order has been under shipping logistics, you will have to wait until receipt of the package before making a return request in terms of complated Cross-Border process including the domestic and international custom clearance, international shipping carriers and agencies handling.

    2. If you refuse to take the package from postman or from your local pick-up spot for any reason, we will not handle your return requests because the package situation won't be verified.

    3. Custom return in terms of below reason:

    * Wrong address/no valid consignee
    * Invalid contact information/ no answer to the delivery calls & emails
    * Customer refuses to accept package/pay tax fee/ complete customs clearance
    * Didn't collect package by deadline

    Generally we will resend the package after clarify the situation with customer and find a solution.


    Return address

    Our service team will provide the return address to you in terms of different region and countries , Please always Contact Us for full detials instead of  returning your package to any address indicated on the shipping label of the package received, we cannot be held responsible if packages are returned to the wrong address.


    Specific Return Policy for Customized Items

    Our customized items are subject to a return policy which differs from our standard return policy. All Made-To-Measure Dresses and Made-To-Order Dress or Accessories are customized items, which cannot be returned or exchanged without any reason.


    Refund Timing

    Once we receive your return product in good condition , we will refund the money to your Paypal account or by West Union within 7 days of  signature of parcel.
