Step 2. Click my tickets , then Click view details.

 

Step 3.  Enter your question in the dialog box.

 

Step 4.  Within 24 hours, you will receive the answer to your question from our customer service team .

 

The other way to reach us is to send an email to [email protected] . Please avoid sending duplicate requests as it will only increase our workload and slow down responses to you.
